potato gnocchi


Potato gnocchi dough is made of several already cooked chilled potatoes. Grate them into tiny pieces, add some whole-meal flour and one whole eGG. Mix and stir with force. Then form the dough into a long cylinder and cut it into 1/2 inch pieces. Sling into boiling slightly salted water and wait till they came back to water surface. Once they float, they´re done!
