Doing the job!


I love to prepare all the ingredients into bowl and pick this pick that what is needed in the moment. Sufficient number of glasses with metal lids suitable for perserving must be clean thoroughly and now, when the pickle is cooked and came through the boil, is the right time to fill the jars. It´s my secret to place the slice of carrot on every bottom, but as you can see it on my result photo (i´m contented anyways), not everytime it stays still on the bottom as perserving is an exacting work and when it´s finished, the jars are placed bottoms up to chill out.
Fill the glass jars with cucumbers, carrot and onion slices, and mind to fill the cucumbers crowded, no much left spaces in the jar. It´s quite a puzzle sometimes :-)
When they are full, pour them with the pickle richly, screw the metal lids and now to the perserving pan!
