Preserving cooker


Interesting and very helpful thing. It´s not cheap, but it´s an excellent helper while preserving. It can have a capacity of about 25 bottles. And of course, it works very smart and fast.
Put the jars to be preserved inside, pour sufficient amount of water to have the two decks of jars fully plunged and the top deck sunk partially. Set the cooker to boil, and from the point of boiling water there starts the preservation. Adequate time for preservate the cucumbers is 25 mins, 30 for be ultra sure. Then put the jars of the cooker with some kind of kitchen pliers and place them to chill out onto a solid cold surface such as flagstones. I do turn them upside down to be certain they are well closed with the lid. Some ppl don´t do that and i guess it´s not absolutely inavoidable. Have fun with home made pickles and enjoy!
