Ħot nε€wS froM the ovεn II


So it´s been baking for 25 min now and the cucu-pan is still quite solid! It´s soft only around the filling... hope it gets better or there will be burnt filling with partially raw cucurbit-embalage. In addition I placed a small saucepan with water into the oven to produce and circulate a hot steam inside. Anyways no skim cream was needed to make the filling. Curious for the result!
