Another useful home or kitchen stuff is this hot air pan. It´s very old but still well working. There are many new types of this pan, including infra-red ones those probably are able to cook faster. I like this one and I use it to prepare quick fast-food types of meal such as fish fingers and french fries. Good aspect is that it´s possible to prepare them absolutely with no oil/fat added. The french fries are not oily, but still they´re very crispy - they´re different, one has to get use to eat it without oil. Good for figure!!
But when i´m fastidious for something nasty and fatty, i place a slice of a tinfoil under the meal, and i drop some oil (olive or sunflower), always less than one spoon. And it´s crispier and fast-fooder then. Don´t forget to accompany each dish with some pieces of vegetable!
